Chasing the LMS Cup

Leading Australian Audi racer Tony Bates will make his first foray into international motorsport competition in 2019, confirming a program for the remainder of the Audi Sport R8 LMS Cup.

Bates has revealed his 2019 warpaint on the new Audi R8 LMS Evo in familiar Tony Bates Racing hues that he has carried for over 7 years. With Matte black base, Gloss Logos and sharp red and white shapes, this years livery had a new challenge for TP Design, to integrate the use of Chinese text as part of the standard logos.

The design has been completed on a new 3D model created by TP Design under the ThreeD Race Renders brand. ThreeD Race Renders specialises in the latest technology of 3D modelling/renders for the ultimate presentation of race vehicles for teams, sponsors and drivers. This method allows for a greater levels of detail and accuracy when compared to 2D templates.

TP Design has also produced the sign writing files that have been used by the team in Asia to apply the livery.

We are looking forward to seeing this car flying around some famous tracks touring Asia!
